摘要
在青岛防腐防污材料试验海域,初步进行了空白载波片、加干扰素载波片、加涂料层载波片、贴塑料膜的载波片的污损生物研究。利用NIKON SM21000体式显微镜、LEICA DM4500B显微镜、LEICA M165C显微镜、NIKON显微镜与KH-7700/KH-1300三维数字显微镜分别对小型污损生物、微型污损生物施行镜检和初步探讨,发现了该港湾微型污损生物群落形成过程与组成结构的变化及其成员的生态变化特征、检测方法、微型群落优势种顺序;发现了该海域材料入海初期阶段微小型生物群落的组成与变化,初步得出污损由细菌、单胞藻、原生动物到后生动物的污损顺序。
In Qingdao anticorrosive and antifouling testing sea area, biofouling species on blank slide, slide with interferon, slide with coating and slide with plastic film were investigated. By NIKON SM21000 stereomicroscope, LEICA DM4500B microscope, LEICA M165C microscope, NIKON microscope and KH-7700/KH-1300 3D-digital microscope, mini- and micro-biofouler were preliminary examined and then discussed. The formation and composition change of small biological community, as well as the members' ecology change, testing method and miniature community sequence were discovered. The miniature community composition and change in initial sea-immersed period was obtained, and it is found that the biofouling progresses in the order of: bacteria, chlamydomonas, protozoa, and then metazoa.
