摘要
对比了碱洗提酚法和固相萃取法对煤液化油中酚类化合物的提取效果。分别用两种方法提取模型化合物、空白加标油样和液化生成油中的酚类化合物。结果表明,对于液化生成油,采用碱洗提酚法提取的酚类化合物中含有更少的杂质,更适合定性和定量。考察了液化生成油中邻甲基苯酚、邻乙基苯酚、对丙基苯酚和5-茚酚4种酚类化合物的加标回收率,加标回收率平均值在103.7%-108.0%之间,回收率高,相对标准偏差在1.1%~1.7%之间,重复性好。
The phenolic compounds in coal liquefaction oil are extracted by caustic extraction and solid phase extraction. The extraction effects are compared. The phenolic compounds in model compounds, blank oil added with standard and liquefaction generating oil are extracted by the methods mentioned above respectively. The results show that for liquefaction generating oil, the phenolic compounds extracted by caustic extraction have less impurities. Caustic extraction is more suitable for qualitative and quantitative anlysis. The average of standard recovery rates of o- methylphenol,o-ethylphenol,4-propylphenol and 5-indanol in liquefaction generating oil are investigated The average of standard recovery rates are between 103.7% - 108.0% , which indicates that the recovery rates are high. The RSD are between 1.1% - 1.7% ,which indicats that the reproducibility is good.
