摘要
为解决高速钢拉丝用国产石墨乳润滑效果不佳的问题,通过SEM分析、XRF分析和离心分离等方法,探究了国内外拉丝石墨乳的物理性质差异,重点考察了辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)、工业级聚乙二醇-2000(PEG-2000)、三乙醇胺和石油磺酸钠4种表面活性剂的添加对石墨乳性能产生的影响。实验结果表明,国内石墨乳存在石墨颗粒粗大、尖锐等问题;4种表面活性剂的加入均对石墨乳涂敷率产生了一定的影响,尤其以工业级聚乙二醇-2000和石油磺酸钠的效果最为显著;当添加体积分数为3%的石油磺酸钠后,石墨乳的涂敷率、黏附均匀度和干燥时间等综合性能达到最佳,在实际拉丝中润滑效果得到显著改善。
A corresponding experimental program and process is designed to improve the coating performance of colloidal graphite for high-speed steel drawing via exploring the difference of physical properties at home and abroad by SEM,XRF analysis and centrifugal separation. Four selected surfactants are used in this experiment, OP-10, industrial- grade PEG-2000, TEA triethanolamine and sodium petroleum sulfonate. The coating rate, uniformity of adhesion and drying time of these three factors are investigated under the experimental conditions of the atmospheric pressure, room temperature and non-ventilation. The results show that the domestic graphite particles are thick and sharp. Four selected surfactants have positive impacts on the coating performance. Particularly, it has a better overall performance by adding 3% volume fraction of sodium petroleum sulfonate.
