摘要
以直线型、锥线型及双曲线型3种典型型面膜盘为例,通过有限元分析得出各型面膜盘在单一工况与复合工况下的应力分布情况,并进行对比分析,总结出各型面膜盘的应力危险区域分布特点及各型面膜盘的适用条件。为今后根据不同工况条件,在膜盘联轴器的设计中如何能进一步提高膜盘性能指标,优化膜盘联轴器结构提供新思路。
This article took linear profile, cone-shaped profile and hyperbolic profile membranous disc for example to analyze the distribution of stress under the simplex and complex working conditions. It concluded the distribution＇s character of different-type-line membranous discs＇ stress and the applicability of different-type-line membranous discs. It put forward new ideas for membranous disc＇s design to advance the performance of it.
