摘要 舱室中导弹发生意外点火时危害巨大,若不能及时抑制,将会对整个舰船带来巨大的危害。当导弹意外点火时为了排导高温高压燃气,排导口必然打开,而排导口打开的同时会有部分室外空气从排导口卷吸进入舱室内,带来二次危害。本文基于多组分有限速率反应模型,数值模拟导弹意外点火情况下,HALON1301抑制剂在不同喷注方式和不同流量下,对导弹舱室燃气流场排导的影响和二次燃烧的抑制作用,并针对不同工况进行对比分析。 Warship fire,especially in the situation of accidental ignition of SRM in the magazine, is very harmful to the safety of the ship if the fire can not be effectively suppressed. During this time, in order to drain the high temperature and high pressure gas, the exhaust hole must be turned on. At the same time, there will be some outside air sucked into the magazine from the edge of the exhaust hole, which will cause secondary hazards easily. In this article, numerical simulation based on the model of multi-component finite rate chemical reactions is carried out in the case of SRM accidental ignition. The results show that the HALON1301 ,the way of spraying and the mass rate of flow take the important role of suppressing the secondary combustion. The comparative analysis for different conditions is carried out.
