摘要
教师情感修养是教师在理解情感性质与状态的基础上,对自身情感进行适合教育目的和教育情境要求的认识、管理和表达,从而努力提升情感合理性的意识与能力。作为教师专业发展的核心内容,教师情感修养寓于教育之中,蕴含教育动机,彰显着教育原则,是师生体验教育幸福的重要保障。
Based on an understanding of the nature and state of emotion, teacher' s emotional literacy is seen in the awareness and capability of continuously recognizing, managing and expressing the integration of emotion and reason consistent with educational aims and school contexts. As the key element of professional development, teacher's emotional literacy contains educational motivation, highlights educational principles, and protects the happiness of the teachers and students.
