摘要
该文以苍南县为例,简述了正在快速城镇化中二次供水设施的现状及存在问题,对较为典型的二次供水问题分别从立法、技术和监管的角度,进行了分析与探讨,针对不同情形提出相应的解决方案;同时明确指出了广告宣传对做好二次供水的重要意义及二次供水设施的建设质量与完善具有非常重要地位与作用。
It briefly described the status and problems existed in town's secondary water supply infrastructures in a rapidly urbanizing county of Cangnan. It respectively analyzed and discussed the typical problems of secondary water supply from legislative, technical and regulatory perspective. It put forward the corresponding solutions for different situations as a reference to the relevant parties. As the same time, it clearly pointed out that advertising has great significance for doing better to secondary water supply. And further more, it indicated that it would have a very important position and role to improve the quality of construction of secondary water supply facilities.
