摘要
桥梁监测可以为控制大型桥梁的施工提供决策依据,为验证结构分析模型、计算假设和设计方案提供反馈信息。文中结合跨度为170.2m的某高速钢箱梁进行了结构健康监测技术研究。根据施工控制的理论和方法,以通用有限元软件ANSYS为平台,建立连续钢箱梁的空间有限元模型,模拟分析连续梁的顶推施工过程,计算梁在各个危险截面的变形和应力,以确保成桥状态符合设计要求。
Bridge monitoring can provide the construction of large bridges for decision making,also provide feedback for the verifying of structural analysis model,the calculation assumes and the design scheme. In this paper,a certain span of 170. 2m high-speed steel box girder uses structural health monitoring. According to the theories and methods of construction control,we use ANSYS to build a finite element model of continuous steel box girder,simulate the pushing continuous beam construction process, calculate the cross-section of the beam at all dangerous deformation and stress,to ensure the bridge state meet the design requirements.
