摘要
通过计算和一系列的对比,简要介绍了可靠性工程在小型高炉供料系统工艺方案优化设计中的运用。在小于300 m3高炉供料系统工艺方案的设计中,以维持系统基本贮备、尽量减少串联子系统的某一环节为出发点构成的新方案具有可靠性满足生产要求及投资少的优点。
Through calculation and a series of contrast, this paper concise introduce application of the reliability engineering in the design process scheme optimization of small blast furnace feeding system. In the design process scheme of feeding system of 300 m3 blasts, maintain the system basic reserve, try to minimize a link series subsystem as the starting point of the reliability to meet production requirements and the advantages of little investment.
