Recent advances in fluorescent nanosensors based on energy transfer

摘要 从核酸分析、细胞成像、环境监测和生物识别等多个方面综述了荧光共振能量转移(FRET)、纳米材料表面能量转移(NSET)、化学荧光共振能量转移(CRET)等荧光纳米传感器中3种常见光谱技术的最新研究进展,并对荧光纳米传感器在生物标志物发现、疾病早期检测与诊断、生物成像和体内药物输送等生物、化学领域中的发展前景进行了展望. The latest researches of three common spectroscopic techniques in fluorescent nanosensor which include fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET), nanomaterials surface energy transfer (NSET)and chemical fluorescence resonance energy transfer (CRET) are reviewed from the arpects of nucleic acid analysis, cell imaging, environmental monitoring, researches of biometric processes and so on. Finally, a tentative outlook on future developments of biomarker discovery, disease detection and diagnosis, biological imaging, drug delivery in biological and chemical field is given.
