摘要
制氢系统在运行中,氢氧分离器就地氢氧液位差不断变大;这不仅超过了运行标准,而且存在氢氧连通的重大安全隐患。逐项分析查找原因,对氢氧两侧液位变送器、控制程序、就地液位计、系统管路污堵、电解槽氢氧侧流动阻力差、氢氧控制阀泄漏等因素进行逐一试验排查;确定主要原因是氢氧分离器就地液位计在制氢运行时产生测量误差,经过改造后,氢氧侧液位差超标的现象彻底得到了解决,保证了安全生产。
During the running of the hydrogen generator, the local level difference between hydrogen and oxygen sepa- rater continuously increases,which not only exceeds the running standard, but also may become a major source of hidden danger of mixing of the hydrogen and oxygen. Through investigating various possible causes, such as the level transmitter, control program, local level meter, system pipeline pollution, flow resistance difference in both sides of the electrolytic bath and control valve leakage,ere,the main cause has been determined for the measurement error intro- duced by the local level meter of the separator during the running of hydrogen generating ; after overhaul, the problem of over-standard level difference of the hydrogen and oxygen sides has been solved to ensure the production safety.
