摘要
4′-乙酰基苯并-15-冠-5,是一种具有重要应用价值的冠醚,文章用热重-微分热重法(TG-DTG)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)对其进行了热分析研究,为生产工艺条件的控制和热分析鉴别4′-乙酰基苯并-15-冠-5提供了实验依据。结果表明,加热到115℃开始有失重现象,335℃时失重完全,且在整个DTG曲线上的最快失重速率点在202℃;在99℃出现强放热峰。
The thermal properties of 4'-acetylbenzo-15-crown-5 were studied by a DSC method and a TG-DTG method in the static air. It provides experimental evidence for thennoanalysis in identification of 4'-acetylbenzo-15-crown-5. The results show that heating up to 115 ℃, the mass loss phenomenon appeared, and the sample lost nearly all its mass at 335 ℃. The fastest rate point of the mass loss was at 202 ℃ in the DTG. The maximum peak at 99 ℃ in DSC was observed by exothennic reaction.
