摘要
随着气田的开采,进口压力逐渐降低,气井的出沙现象也越来越严重。在天然气增压过程中,砂粒的存在会使压缩机内积垢严重,缸体磨损厉害、压缩机管道振动较大,现场噪声大,严重阻碍了生产机组安全运行。以西北某气田含砂气质为研究对象,建立压缩机流场模型,对不同粒径的砂粒在压缩机内的流场运动进行研究,分析了不同粒径不同砂含量和不同进气温度下的残留率,为保证压缩机高效安全运行,使低压气井得到有效开发提供条件。
