综述了黑色素形成的过程,介绍了桑科植物的来源与组成以及其主要的四属植物的化学成分与美白研究的现状,从几个角度研究了桑科植物提取物在全球美白产品中的应用趋势,并对天然植物活性化妆品将来的发展前景进行展望。

Abstract： The paper reviewed the mechanism of melanin formation, the origin and classification of Moraceae plants and chemical composition and study on whitening of four major genus plants. Trend of Moraceae plant extracts was described from several aspects which were used in global whitening cosmetics. Finally, the development prospect of natural plant functional cosmetics was reviewed.
