摘要 聚乙二醇在基于聚合物的药物传递系统中是最常用的高分子同时也是隐形高分子的金标准。从第一个PEG化的产品上市到目前为止,人们获得了大量关于这种聚合物的临床经验-不仅有它的优点,而且也有潜在的副作用以及并发症。文章列举了PEG在生物医药领域应用的一系列优良性质和引起的毒副作用。 Poly (ethylene glycol) is the most used polymer and also the gold standard for stealth polymers in the emerging field of polymer-based drug delivery. The first approved PEGylated products have already been on the market for over 20 years. A vast amount of clinical experience has since been gained with this polymer--not only benefits, but possible side effects and complications have also been found. The properties that account for the overwhelming use of PEG in biomedical applications are outlined in this Review.
