产学研合作培养化工学生工程意识与工程能力的探索与实践

Strengthening Enterprises-University-Research Cooperation for Fostering and Practicing of Engineering Consciousness and Engineering Ability of Chemical Students

产学研合作是高等教育改革与发展的方向,是提高学生工程意识与工程能力的重要途径,是推动专业建设和学院发展的战略性举措,而工程意识与工程能力是现代工程师最重要素质之一,也是当今化工教育的薄弱环节之一,文章在探讨工程意识与工程能力重要性的基础上,分析了化工教育不利于工程意识与工程能力培养的因素,并结合我校情况从3个方面论述了培养化工大学生工程意识与工程能力的途径。

The enterprise-university-research coooperative education is the reform and development trend in higher education. It is an important means in improving students＇ abilities of Engineering consciousness and ability, and a strategic measure in promoting specialty construction and university development. Engineering consciousness and engineering ability is not only the most important one of qualities of modem engineer, but also the one of weakness of the modem chemical engineering education. Based on discussing the meaning of engineering consciousness and engineering ability, this paper analyzed adverse factors of engineering conciousness and engineering ability cultivation in he modem chemical engineering education. And with our university＇s actual condition, it dissertate the approaches of cultivating engineering conciousness and engineering ability from 3 aspects.
