摘要
文章以EDTA为螯合剂,采用浸渍法制备Ni-Mo催化剂,并考察其脱除粗苯中噻吩的性能。结果表明,当Ni∶EDTA=1∶0.5时,所制备的5%NiO、15%MoO3催化剂脱硫性能较好,在常压、反应温度300℃、LSHV 4 h-1条件下可将粗苯中噻吩的含量降至10 ppm以下,EDTA的加入可提高Ni的利用率。BET结果表明,螯合剂EDTA的加入能增大Ni-Mo催化剂的比表面积和孔容。
In the paper, EDTA as a chelating agent, is used to prepare Ni-Mo catalyst by impregnation, and the catalyst's performance of thiophene removed from benzol is investigated. The results reveals that the catalyst is preferably prepared when the Ni : EDTA = 1 : 0.5, loading of 5 % NiO, loading of 15 % MOO3, and the concentration of thiophene is reduced to levels below 10 ppm at atmospheric pressure, 300 ℃ and LHSV of 4 h-I, the utilization of Ni is increased by adding EDTA. BET results shows that the chelating agent EDTA can increase the Ni-Mo catalyst's specific surface area and pore volume by adding in impregnation.
