摘要
为了找出一种更适合鳊肌肉中有机磷的净化方法。文章将鳊肌肉中有机磷提取液分别进行基质固相分散技术、SPE柱、GPC(全自动凝胶渗透色谱)净化,然后进行对比研究。表明:样品量大的情况下,并且资金足够,应选择GPC净化;样品量大资金不足,净化要求不高的情况下考虑选择分散固相净化;样品量少,资金不足但净化要求高,可以选择固相萃取柱净化。
In order to find a more suitable method for purifying the muscle of parabramis pekinensis of organic phosphorus. Organophosphorus extracts of the muscle of Parabramis pekinensis were purified by matrix solid-phase dispersion technique, SPE columns purification, GPC (automatic gel permeation chromatography) purification, which were compared. The results show :Under large sample, and adequate funds case, GPC should be selected; Under large sample, lack of funds and low requirements for purification, case, dispersive solid phase purification should be selected; Under less sample, lack of funds case, but high requirements for purification, you can choose a solid-phase extraction column purification.
