摘要
硝基氯苯是重要的化工原料,广泛用于精细化学品的合成。传统硝硫混酸硝化工艺存在副反应多、设备腐蚀、环境污染等缺陷。文章综述固体酸、离子液体、稀土盐/氟两相、氮氧化物、微反应器应用于氯苯硝化研究的最新进展,展望其发展方向。
Nitrochlorobenzenc is an important raw material for synthesizing dyes, pesticides and medicines. Its traditional production by mixed sulthric-nitric acid method is environmentally harmful, with pollution of used acids and corrosion of equipments. Latest progress is reviewed on clean nitration of chlorobenzene with solid acids, ionic liquids, rare-earth salts, nitrogen oxides and microreactors.
