化疗并用乌体林斯治疗耐药肺结核疗效观察

Immunotherapeutic Effect of Utilin"S" on Drug Resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis

[目的 ] 观察和评价化疗并用乌体林斯治疗耐药肺结核的疗效。 [方法 ] 采用随机配对分组法将 72例菌阳耐药性肺结核患者分为化疗加乌体林斯的治疗组 (36例 )和仅用化疗的对照组 (36例 )。 [结果 ] 治疗 6个月后 ,治疗组涂阳阴转率 6 1% ,培阳阴转率 6 7% ;对照组涂阳阴转率 2 5 % ,培阳阴转率 31% ,痰菌阴转率治疗组显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。治疗组病灶吸收、空洞关闭速度均显著高于对照组。治疗组细胞免疫改善优于对照组。 [结论 ] 乌体林斯能改善耐药性肺结核患者的细胞免疫功能 ,增强化疗效果 ,有助于痰菌阴转、病灶吸收好转 ,可作为耐药性肺结核的免疫治疗和化疗的辅助治疗。

Objective] To evaluate the immuotherapeutic effect of Utilin'S' on drug resistang pulmonary tuberculosis.[Methods] Randomized controlled trial was used in this study. 72 cases of drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis with bacteriological postitive were divided into immunotherapy group (36 cases), control group (36 cases). The immunotherapy group was treaded by chemotherapy with Utilin'S' for 6 months and the control group was only treated by chemotherapy for 6 months.[Result] After 6 mouths, the sputum negtive conversion rates of immunotherapy group were 61% in smear positive cases and 67% in culture positive cases, both of which were significantly higher than those of control group, group treated with Uilin'S' was better in improving of X-ray manifestation and cell mediated immunity and closing of cavity (P<0 05).[Conclusion] As a adjunct to chemotherapy, Utilin'S' is helpful for patients with drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis by improving the cell-mediated immunity, sputum negative conversion and X-ray manifestation.
