高速DAC与正交调制器接口电路设计

Design of interface circuit of high-speed DAC and IQ modulator

结合宽带数字TR组件零中频发射波形产生思想,设计了高速DAC与正交调制器的接口电路。给出详尽设计方法及步骤的同时使用TINA-TI软件对设计的接口电路进行了交直流特性及宽带信号幅频特性仿真,验证了其正确性。

The interface circuit of the high-speed DAC and the IQ modulator is designed combined with the thought of zero IF transmitting waveform generation of wideband digital TR units. The detailed design methods and steps are given. At the same time, the characteristics of the AC/DC and the wideband signal amplitude and frequency for the interface circuit designed are simulated via the TINA-TI software with its correctness verified.
