摘要 [目的 ] 研究以山茱萸为主要成分的某口服液对小鼠的免疫功能和运动耐力的影响。 [方法 ] 以3.35、6 .70、2 0 .10 ml/ kg.bw剂量的某口服液给小鼠灌胃 30天后 ,按卫生部《保健食品的功能学评价程序和检验方法》中免疫调节、抗疲劳作用检验方法进行小鼠免疫功能、运动耐力的测定。 [结果 ] 该口服液可显著增强小鼠的足跖肿胀度 ,明显增加小鼠脾抗体生成细胞数 ,显著提高小鼠的脾脏 /体重、胸腺 /体重比值 ,而对小鼠碳廓清的能力无明显影响 ;运动耐力试验中 ,能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间 ,降低运动时对肝糖元的消耗量 ,降低运动后血乳酸水平。[结论 ] 以山茱萸为主要成分的某口服液可显著增强小鼠的细胞免疫、体液免疫功能 ,促进小鼠胸腺发育和脾细胞增生 ,并显著提高小鼠的运动耐力。 Objective] To study the effects of a peroral fluid with Cornus officalis Sieb. et zucc. as its major constituent on immunologic function and sports endurance of mice.[Methods] After the mice were ingested with 3 35,6 70,20 10 ml/kg.bw peroral fluid for 30 days, the immunologic function and sport endurance of mice were assayed according to test methods of immune regulation and anti-farigue function in 《Functional assessment procedure and test methods of health food》.[Result] The immunological indicators, such as delayed type hypersenisitivity, count of antibody forming spleen cells and spleen/body weight, thymus/body weight ratio significantly increased as compared with those in controls ingested with distilled water, but had no significant effect on phagocytic function of phagocytes. In sports endurance test, the sample could significantly increased weight-carrying swimming time, inhibited hepatic glycogen consuming during swimming and decreased blood lactic acid level after swimming.[Conclusion] The peroral fluid with cornus officinalis Sieb. et zucc. as its major constituent could enhance cellular, humoral immune function and sports endurance of mice.
