通过数值仿真的方法，应用计算流体动力学软件POLYFLOW分析不同塑料机械混炼元件的混炼性能，来分析POLYFLOW在密炼机、注塑机、挤出机等成型设备混炼研究设计中的应用，为塑料机械塑化设备研究及提高塑化质量提供借鉴和参考。

With the CFD software POLYFLOW, this paper analyzes the mixing properties of different mixing devices in internal mixer, injection molding machine and extruder. The results from the method of numerical simulation can be of great importance for the designing of mixing machine and the improving of the plasticizing quality.
