摘要
目的:研究设计一套可适用于卫生应急现场处置装备所需的应急电源系统。方法:在明确应急电源系统使用需求、主要功能和技术指标的基础上,研究分析系统设计的关键技术、解决方法和实现途径。结果:应急电源系统采用适合需要的电源,并对其进行优化设计,具备稳定性好、成本低、效率高、安全性强及使用寿命长等特点,能够满足野外应急条件下卫生应急队伍现场处置装备电源机动需求。结论:该系统可作为卫生应急现场处置装备的主要保障电源。
Objective:To Study and design a set of an emergency backup power system which can meet health emergency disposal site required. Methods:Based on the emergency power system requirements, the main function and technical index, the design elements, system are introduced and analysis of key technology, system design solution and realization way. Results:Emergency power system used to meet the needs of power and provide reasonable and optimized design scheme, with the characteristics of good stability, low cost, high efficiency, high safety, long service life etc, can satisfy the power supply demand of on-site disposal equipment which used by health emergency response team on field emergency maneuvering condition. Conclusion:The system can be used as the main backup power of health emergency power supply.
