Objective: To discuss the diagnostic value of DR dual-energy subtraction in tracheomalacia in patients with large goiter to increase the diagnosis rate. Methods:Retrospective analysis X-ray tracheomalacia test by 47 patients who were confirmed by operation, were with goiter complicated by tracheomalaciaof in our hospital from 2007 January to 2013 January. To obtain DES group and the conventional DR photos , two doctors in the two groups respectively, tracheal compression the narrowest diameter difference measurement do comparative analysis. Using SPSS 18 statistical software for statistical analysis, correlation test between groups using Pearson test, compared with paired t test. Results:The image informations were analysised by doctor A and B, in the DES image group, the diagnostic accuracy of the result was significantly higher than that of the DR group,The result in the two groups has significant statistical difference. A doctor size difference by DR method and DES method to measure the diameter difference was statistically significant, B doctor size difference by DR method and DES method to measure the diameter difference was statistically significant(t=2.366,P〈0.01).In the same DR method, the measurement results had no significant statistical ,in the DES method also had no statistical difference. Correlation analysis results show that:the two doctors measured data for the DR method, DES method examination has very good consistency. Conclusion:DES combining with V-M test provides reliable basis for patients with goiter in preoperative evaluation the risk and degree of softening trachea.
