摘要
宋太宗太平兴国年间,中央对进奏院进行了重大的变革,主要分为宋初地方统辖期和太平兴国后的中央统辖期,之后隶属部门又经历了几次调整,这一变化强化了中央政府对信息传输渠道的控制,其中反映了宋代文书传递控制权由地方向中央、由枢密院向门下省的转变,其进奏官的任命也由文武兼任转向了"以文驭武"的文官系统。
During Taipingxingguo, central government made important change to Jinzou Yuan. It was mainly divided into the local control during early Song dynasty and central control during Taipingxingguo, and then it experienced several other changes. These changes strengthened the central government control of the information transmission channel, which reflected the change of the documents transfer control from locality to central authority. The Jinzou officials also transformed to civil officials.
