摘要
文职人员是我军近年来出现的新生群体,标志着我军全新的用人和管理模式,在目前情况下,他们的军地双重身份以及与现役军人在薪酬福利、培养深造等显性和隐性待遇方面的差异,容易导致其身份认同陷入困境。
The non-military personnel are a new group in the army which marks the new army personnel and management. Under the present circumstances, their dual role of the military and local, and the dominant and invisible differences in treatment comparatively to the active duty lead their identity into trouble. Their identity is analyzed by using identity theory from the identity definition, identity dilemma and identity construction.
