唐山文化民生现状调查及发展策略研究

The Investigation and Research on the Development Strategy of Tangshan Cultural Livelihood

通过调查唐山市居民个人文化生活及享受社会文化服务、文化设施等情况,分析唐山市文化民生建设中存在的问题以及影响文化民生发展的制约因素,并借鉴国内外文化民生建设的先进经验和理论成果,提出改善唐山市文化民生的对策与建议。

Through the investigation of Tangshan city residents’ personal cultural life and their enjoyment of the social cultural service, cultural facilities and other aspects, the existing problems in the construction of Tangshan city cultural livelihood are analyzed. The factors restricting the development of people’s cultural livelihood are studied with the reference of external and domestic advanced experiences and theoretical achievements of the construction of cultural livelihood. The feasible countermeasures and suggestions to improve Tangshan city cultural livelihood are put forward.
