隐性思想政治教育具有适应德育大环境、大学生心理需要和人的全面发展需要的优势,可弥补通常的显性教育的不足。高校应贯彻以人为本的理念,加强隐性思想政治教育,发掘各类课程的思想政治教育资源,创设良好的教育情境,鼓励学生参加社会实践以及努力创新教育形式。

Fitting the environment of moral education and meeting psychological needs of college students, recessive ideological and political education will be a good help to the development of students’ overall abilities, which can make up for the inadequacy of dominant education. Therefore, it is a necessity to implement the recessive ideological and political education in colleges and universities on the basis of people-oriented concept. It aims to explore all kinds of ideological and political education resources, create good education situation, encourage students to participate in more social practice and innovate the form of education.
