在阐述大学生就业文化建设的必要性、分析大学生就业的文化性的基础上,从思想观念文化、生活环境文化、制度文化和评价文化几个维度论证了大学生就业文化的要素结构,并提出大学生就业文化建设的建设路径,旨在为大学生的就业指导工作提供参考。

The necessity of the cultural building in the employment of college students is expounded. The formation of college students’ employment culture is analyzed from ideological culture, living culture, management culture and evaluation culture. The constructing approach of college students’ employment culture is put forward in order to give guidance for their works.
