Research and Thinking about Role of College Students' Community in the Student Success with Tangshan Teachers College as an Example

大学生社团在推动校园文化建设、优化学生成长环境、提高大学生综合素质等方面的作用发挥越来越被重视。以唐山师范学院为例,调查了大学生社团在学生成长成才中作用的发挥情况,分析了制约作用发挥的因素,提出了更好地发挥实效的途径。

The roles of college students’ communities have played in promoting the construction of campus culture, optimizing the environment of students growing up, improving students’ comprehensive quality, etc. have been paid more attentions. With Tangshan Teachers College as an example this paper investigated the functions of the student’s communities in the students cultivation, analyzed the factors restricting the functions, and proposed ways for the communities to play effectively.
