设置腔镜专科组对手术室护理质量的影响

Influence of specific endosopic group on the nursing quality in operation room

目的:探讨设置腔镜专科组对手术室护理质量的影响。方法:成立手术室腔镜专科护理组,采取合理配置、规范流程和培训、环节质控、细化器械准备流程、专人清洗消毒、专人进行感染控制监测的操作规程,比较设置腔镜组前后手术配合准确率、接台手术衔接时间、手术切口愈合情况。结果:设置腔镜组后,手术配合准确率得到很大提高;接台手术衔接时间缩短;降低了手术切口感染率。结论:手术室腔镜专科护理组的设置,提高了手术配合质量及专科护士工作效率。

Objective： To assess the effect of the specific endoscopic group（ SEG） on the nursing quality in operation room. Methods： The specific endoscopic nursing group was organized with protocols including reasonable resource arrangement,standardized procedure and training,inprocess quality control,instrument preparation,disinfection and infection surveillance with personal responsibility. Indexes involving cooperation accuracy rate,linkup time between operations,incision recovery were compared. Results： After the operation with endoscopic group settings,the accuracy was greatly improved; shorten the station operation connection time; reduced the infection rate of operation incision. Conclusion： SEG has increased the nursing cooperation quality and nurses＇ efficiency.
