The Influence of Justice Perceptions on Organizational Cooperation Behaviors in Alliances Based on Task and Institutional Environment

摘要 研究了任务环境和制度环境影响下所形成的联盟中,分配公平和程序公平与联盟合作行为之间关系发生的变化。以承诺作为聚焦的合作行为,发现随着任务环境影响的增大,分配公平对联盟承诺的影响降低,而程序公平对联盟承诺的影响则在增强。随着制度环境、特别规制环境影响的增大,分配公平和程序公平对联盟承诺的影响都提高了。 This paper analyzes the change of the relationships among distributive justice, procedural justice and cooperation behaviors in alliances which formed under the impact of task and institutional environment. Focusing on one cooperation be- havior commitment, it founds that the impact of distributive justice on commitment weakened and the impact of procedural justice on commitment strengthened with increasing influence of task environment. It also founds that the impact of both of distributive justice and procedural justice on commitment strengthened with increasing influence of institutional environment, especially regulatory environment.
