摘要
在阐述本土代工企业知识转移的基础上,提出影响本土代工企业知识转移的因素模型和相关理论假设。结果表明:学习意愿、吸收能力、知识储存量、关系信任对知识转移有显著正向影响,知识储存量对吸收能力有显著正向影响。被转移知识特性、知识差异对知识转移有显著负向影响,适度冲突对知识转移与关系信任影响均不显著。
This paper establishes a knowledge transfer factors model in subcontracting enterprises on the basis of introducing knowledge transfer in subcontracting enterprises; then it puts forward relevant theoretical hypothesis. The result shows that learning willingness, absorptive capacity, prior related knowledge, and trust has significant positive effects on knowledge transfer; prior related knowledge has significant positive effects on absorptive capacity ; characters of knowledge transferred, knowledge difference has significant negative influence on knowledge transfer; moderate conflict has no significant influence on knowledge transfer and trust.
