摘要
基于黄芩苷对Luminol-H2O2-NaOH化学发光体系的抑制作用,建立了静态注射化学发光法对中草药黄芩中黄芩苷含量的检测.研究了luminol,H2O2及碱性条件对发光信号的影响.在优化的实验条件下,该方法测得的黄芩苷的线性为1×10-8~3×10-7 mol/L;检出限为2.93×10-9 mol/L;对浓度为3×10-8 mol/L的黄芩苷平行测定11次,计算其相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.3%,可以满足分析的要求.
A new static-injection chemiluminescence(CL)method was developed for the determination of baicalin based on the reduction of intensity by baicilin to the chemiluminescence reaction of luminol with H2 O2,the main factors affecting the determination were investigated.Under optimum conditions,the linear range for the determination of baicalin was 1×10-8~3×10-7 mol/L,the determination limit was 2.93× 10-9 mol/L,the relative standard deviation was 2.3%for 11measurements to 3×10-8 mol/L baicalin.This method was applied to the determination of baicalin in Scutellaria.The results were satisfactory for analy- sis.
