摘要
高精度同步时钟是建设智能电网重要的基础条件之一。特别是随着IEC 61850标准体系的完善,时间同步装置的实用性及精度在智能电网的建设和改造中尤为重要。在介绍智能变电站中各系统或元件对时间同步装置不同精度要求的基础上,指出目前电网时间同步装置本身及使用中存在的主要问题,同时对解决方法进行了探讨。
High accuracy time synchronization clock is one of the important preconditions for the construction of smart grid. With the implementation of IEC 61850 system, the practicality and accuracy of the time synchronization devices are more important in the construction and retrofit of smart grid. On the basis of describing different requirements of subsystems or parts in time synchronization devices, this paper points out the existing problems of time synchronization devices and during its application. Corresponding counter-measurements are also discussed.
