文章介绍杭州来福士广场塔楼的结构体系和结构布置、结构线弹性分析,以及针对超限部分所采取的构造措施等内容。各方面的分析结果表明塔楼的结构设计方案可满足抗震性能目标,各项性能指标均符合国家规范的要求。

This Paper introduces the structural system and structural arrangement, structural linear elasticity analysis, and structural measures against the ultra-limit part of Raffles City Project （Tower） of Hangzhou. The analysis result on all aspects indi- cates the structural design plan of the Tower could satisfy the objective of the anti- seismic pertbrmance and all performance indexes conform to requirements of related national specifications.
