Brief Discussion on Development of Fabricated Housing

为减小在商品住宅供给与中低收入家庭购买力之间日益突出的矛盾,中央政府从2009年开始大力建设保障房,解决中低收入家庭住房需求。为此,被冠以"建造速度快"的装配式住宅,作为一种重要建造模式,在保障房市场中广泛推广。而对于装配式住宅系统客观评判,应从社会效益、经济效益、环境效益等各方面的系统综合性能分析。

The Central Government has started to vigorously construct welfare- oriented housing since 2009 in order to reduce the contradiction between the supply of commercial housing and the purchasing power of low-and-middle-income families, solving the housing demands of low-and-middle-income families. Therefore, the ＂rap- idly constructed＇fabricated housing is widely promoted in the welfare-oriented hous- ing market as an important construction mode. The objective judgment on the fabri- cated housing system shall be analyzed from the comprehensive system performance from social benefit, economic benefit, and environment benefit, etc.
