摘要 介绍了浸没燃烧加热器的应用,并对其采用间接加热方式(加装管束)类型的加热器的换热过程进行了理论分析.以水为换热介质,通过实例分析了管外水流速、管外平均对流传热系数、综合传热系数3者之间直接和间接的关系,以及管外水流速对风机动力消耗的影响,在此基础上,以传热量Q与功率消耗W之比为评价标准找到了最优点. The application of submerged combustion heater is briefly introduced in the paper, and through indirect heating method on the heater ( installation bundle) the transfer process of the heater is theoretically analyzed. With water as the heat transfer medium, it is analysed that the direct and indirect relationships between water flow of the external pipe, the average heat transfer coefficient outside the pipe, and integrated heat transfer coefficient, and how the external tube flow speed effects on the fan power consumption. And on this basis, the optimal point of ratio of transfer quantity to power consumption W as evaluation criteria is found.
