摘要
针对整体式转向梯形,在对空间结构进行了合理的简化的基础上,建立了更接近实际的弹性轮胎理论转向特性的前置转向梯形数学模型.对选定的转向梯形设计参数,以内转向轮转角的绝对误差以及更符合实际情况的权函数建立目标函数模型,并提出了二项式加权函数对目标函数加权.之后,使用MATLAB的优化工具箱中的最小二乘法对转向梯形进行了优化.最后,通过节能赛车的优化实例对优化算法进行了验证.
For integral steering trapezoid, based on the rational simlification of its spatial structure, the mathematical model of integral front steering trapezoid which is more close to the reality of elastic tyres is built. For selected trapezoidal parameters, the objective function is established by the inner wheel steering angle of rotation absolute error. And the function model is optimized by using the optimization toolbox of MATLAB in the method of least squares. Finally, optimization algorithm are verified by optimization of econopower ear instance.
