摘要
对公立医院公益性回归中所面临的多个难题进行分析,从医院利益、患者利益、政府支持等几方面为切入点寻找原因。并提出应从提高院长主动性、以更加完善的医保制度引导老百姓走出就医误区以及进一步规范医疗行为等方面解决矛盾和问题。
Analyzes the problems of public welfare regression of public hospitals. To find the reason from hospitals, patients benefits and govemment support. It puts forward that increases the initiative of hospitals＇ deans, perfect health insurance system so as to guide people walk away from misunderstanding and regulate medical behaviour further.
