摘要
基本药物制度是一项关乎我国新医改成功与否的关键制度。基本药物的监管是目前我国基本药物制度实施过程中一个重要的方面,需要通过各种措施加以完善,在完善的过程中海外成功经验具有很大的借鉴意义。澳大利亚药品津贴计划(PBS)的成功推行对于完善我国的基本药物监管方式具有很大的借鉴价值。
The essential drug system is a key system relates to new health reform success or not in China. The essential drug supervision is one of the important aspect of essential drug system implementation process at present. It needs to be improved through various measures, and it is significant to learn overseas experience. The pharmceutical benefits scheme （PBS） in Australia is one of the most successful drug program in the world and it is a good example for improving the essential drug supervision in China.
