摘要
试验研究LG718合金模具钢在不同热处理温度条件下的显微组织和洛氏硬度,结果表明,在900℃正火+560℃回火+180 min的工艺条件下,组织和硬度较为均匀。
The micro-structure and Rockwell hardness of LG718 alloying die steel under the different heat treatment temperatures were tested and analyzed, and the results showed that: the structure and hard-ness are both more uniform under the process conditions of 900 ℃ normalizing +560 ℃ tempering +180 min.
