摘要
针对目前我军油库控制系统陈旧、自动化水平低及监控管理功能比较薄弱的现状,为满足自动化与信息化结合的需求,设计了基于S7-200PLC的数字化油库控制系统。该系统以PLC作为现场控制器,采用工业以太网通信技术实现了油库综合集成,解决了自动化"信息孤岛"问题,为油库信息管理系统提供可靠的数据平台。该系统提高了油库作业效率,节约了成本,能满足未来可持续发展的要求。
According to the current situation of obsolete army depot control system, low level of auto-mation, and weak monitoring management function, an oil depot control system is designed based on ST-200PLC to meet the demand of automation and information combination. The system takes PLC as controller. Adopting Ethernet communication technology achieves the comprehensive integration in oil depot, solves the problem of the information island, and provides reliable data platform for oil depot information management system. The system improves the efficiency of oil depot operation, saves the cost, and meets the future demands of sustainable development.
