美国拥有相当发达和完备的刑事执行法律制度,包括监禁刑的执行制度、非监禁刑的执行制度(社区矫正制度)、死刑执行制度、财产刑执行制度以及资格刑的执行制度。尽管中美在经济发展水平、政治制度以及法治程度上有较大差异,但研究及借鉴美国刑事执行制度仍是中国发展和完善刑事执行法律制度的有效途径。

The United States has the most advanced penal law and execution system in the world, which includes the system of incarceration, community corrections, capital punishment, property penalty and qualification penalty. Although there are fundamental differences in economic development level, political system and legal system between China and the USA, studying and referring to American penal law and execution system is an effective approach to develop and perfect Chinese penal law and execution system.
