摘要
本文以异形支架零件为例,在分析零件结构、材料及精度要求的基础上,对其加工工艺进行了设计,从机床及刀具的选择、工件装夹等数控加工方案进行了对比分析,并用通过UG软件画出三维图形,采用图形交换自动编程的方法,快速计算出最佳刀具轨迹,自动生成数控加工程序,保证了工件的加工质量,提高了生产率.
Taking special shaped bracket parts as examples, on the basis of the discussion on the require- ments of the part's structure, materials and degree of accuracy, the paper tries to have a comparative analysis on the project of digital control processing from the perspectives of the selecting of the machine and cutting tools as well as the work piece clamping. Meanwhile, by drawing 3D graphs by UG software and applying the automatic programming approach with the interchanges of these graphs, the paper explores the best trace of the cutting tools so as to produce the processing procedures automatically and finally achieves the aim of improving the processing quality and increasing the productivity.
