摘要
针对大型复杂形状的铁路货车摇枕的加工要求,设计一套组合机床的专用夹具,通过确定合理的定位、夹紧点及相应的定位夹紧方案和自锁式手动辅助支撑的设计,保证了定位和夹紧的可靠,降低了操作者的劳动强度,节省了机加的辅助时间.
According to the requirements of large complex shapes of railway truck bolster processing, its main modular fixture for designing to make reasonable positioning, reasonable clamping point and corresponding positioning and clamping scheme. Design of self-locking type manual auxiliary support ensure the positioning and clamping reliable, reduce the labor intensity of the operator, save the auxiliary time.
