Studies on the Electric Properties of ZrO_2-SiC Composites

本文对ZrO_2－SiC复合材料的导电性能进行了研究，结果表明：复合材料中SiC含量、热压烧结条件、使用温度等对材料的电阻率都有显著影响．

Electric properties of ZrO2-SiC composites have been studied in this paper.The experimental results show that the conten of SiC, hot press sintering condition and practising temperature obviously have effects on electric resistivity of ZrO2-SiC composites.
