摘要
基于食品质量与安全专业实践教学体系改革创新必要性的分析,总结了食品质量与安全专业实践教学体系改革创新的主要措施,包括课程体系、教学内容、教学组织方式、师资队伍建设、实践教学平台建设等内容。初步尝试表明,学生实践操作技能、分析问题和解决问题的能力得到很大提高,同时专业素质得以提升,专业学习兴趣增加。
In this paper, the necessity of reformation of practice teaching system of food quality and safety specialty was analyzed and its major measures were summarized, including course system, teaching content, teaching organization method, faculty team building and practice teaching platform. Practice demonstrated that the teaching reform promoted students' operative skill and ability to analyze and solve problems, and improved their professional quality and innovation and stimulated their learning interest.
