Comprehensive evaluation of independent innovation ability of industries in Heilongjiang province

自主创新能力是提升工业企业竞争力的核心,与沿海省份相比,黑龙江省工业企业自主创新能力存在差距,需要进一步完善与提高。从自主创新指标体系构建原则出发,建立一套自主创新能力评价指标体系,并利用熵权系数法对黑龙江省工业企业自主创新能力进行综合评价,分析黑龙江省大中型工业企业自主创新能力现状,提出提高黑龙江省工业企业自主创新能力的对策和建议。

The independent innovation ability is the core of the industrial competitiveness. Compared with coastal provinces, Heilongjiang＇s capacity for independent innovation needs to be perfected and improved. From the principle of index system of independent innovation, a set of independent innovation ability evaluation index system is established by using the entropy weight coefficient method for comprehensive evaluation of Heilongjiang province industrial independent innovation ability. Analysis is made mainly on the large and medium-sized industries in HeiIongjiang province and proposed the measures and suggestions.
